We advise you check with your local fertiliser advisor for gypsum application rate recommendations suitable for your soil type and crop based on a recent soil test.

Actual Rates will depend on soil type and the goal of application.

Avocado

200 to 1,000 kg/Ha twice a year.

Twice a year, Spring and Autumn when rainfall is adequate

 As a sulphur (and calcium) fertiliser up to 1,000 kg/ha.

Improve clay soil physical properties, water infiltration

1,000 - 3,000 kg/ Ha. Or apply a 60:40 ag lime: gypsum blend up to 5000 Kgs/ Ha
